The availability of products, prices, brands and models may vary according to the current offer provided by Lazo.
All prices already include Value Added Tax in the shopping cart, the price indicated in the Offer of Sale is not negotiable, and will be duly respected to the “User”.

Online Shopping For orders at Www.lazo.es you can get a copy of your order online: 1. Go to My Account, and choose View Orders. 2. Click on the order number to view the order you want to print. Click the Print button.

Shipping
The place of delivery of the product will be the physical place you indicated as your delivery address. In the event that the order does not arrive to you within the established term, you can contact us at 2572-4222 or 5736-4020.
Items are packaged for your care and protection, so there is no special packaging.
Shipping Costs and Times
Shipping Methods
LAZO guarantees that all shipments will arrive at the address determined by the User and will be subject to the conditions outlined in the Shipping Guide itself.
The shipping process starts considering the time of the day when the purchase confirmation is made, depending on this your order can be processed the same day or until the next business day.
The estimated delivery time of an item WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF 4 BUSINESS DAYS following the confirmation of your purchase. Deliveries will be made by order and not by parts.
For purchases made in the city of Nueva Guinea, RACCS urban area, delivery will be the same day as long as the order is placed before 3pm. Those placed after 3pm can be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays after 11am will be delivered the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In accordance with the law, the following days are not considered working days: January 1st. Holy Thursday and Good Friday. May 1st. July 19th. August 1st and 10th. September 14th and 15th. December 8th and 25th. If any of these falls on the seventh day, the following day is considered a non-business day.
Coupon Shopping
Purchases made with coupons do not generate additional coupons even if the remainder is settled with another form of payment. Does not apply to gift card purchases.
Shipping Company: LAZO works with CargoTrans to ship your orders, a confirmation email will be sent to you to let you know that THE PRODUCT IS ALREADY IN TRANSIT TO ITS DESTINATION.
Your information is secure. LAZO will share your name and address with CargoTrans for shipping, but your payment information is secure.
Shipments to all Nicaragua
At present, deliveries are made only in the urban area of Nueva Guinea.
In-store delivery
In-store delivery allows you to avoid shipping costs and pick up your orders at a LAZO store.
It works as follows:
During the order confirmation process, we will confirm through telephone contact the delivery details.
You will have 24 hours to pick it up.
Show your order form or the “Ready to pick up” email and official identification and pick up your order at the store.
Your items will be held for 24 hours. If you do not pick them up after this period, we will cancel the order.
Who can pick up your order: For your security, the products will only be delivered to the bank card holder or the person you indicated at the time of purchase .
In order to securely pick up your products in store, we need to authenticate your purchase by fulfilling the following requirements:
Bring the ready to pick up mail or your order number.
Present a valid official ID (only license and ID).
Bring the credit or debit card with which you made the purchase.
The products will only be delivered to the holder of the bank card or designated person.
If you do not present the card with which you made the purchase, the products cannot be delivered to you.
In case of failure to comply with one or all of the requirements, LAZO will not be obliged to deliver the products, being entitled to cancel the purchase without any liability, if the requirements are not met within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of sending the mail “Ready for Pickup”.
Shipping to store: Some items may not be available for pick up at the store you requested, we will contact you to give you another option to deliver your order.
In-Store Delivery Cost: There is no additional cost for in-store delivery of products.
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancel an order online: TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER YOU MUST CONTACT US ONCE YOUR ORDER IS IN TRANSIT IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CANCEL, IN THIS CASE YOU MUST PROCEED WITH THE REFUNDS POLICY. You must notify us at 2572-4222 ext. 200 or 82193634 about the cancellation before receiving your order. Our Customer Service team will verify that your order has not been shipped to your address. Once validated that the order has not been shipped, our Customer Service team will notify you that the cancellation was accepted and will refund the amount paid using the same method you used to pay. With the terms and deadlines that are indicated in LAZO or the policies of your bank or payment method, the timeframes in which this is verified is the responsibility of the Bank.
IN CASE THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED THERE WILL BE NO POSSIBILITY TO CANCEL IT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCESS. IN STORE CANCELLATIONS If your order was ordered for Store Delivery, you have the right to cancel your order at any time, UPON ARRIVAL to the store manager.
